This Ruger manufactured late variation square butt checkered walnut left side grip panel with factory medallion is for all model Security Six double action revolvers EXCEPT those with a serial number prefix of 150-. The grip panel is missing the mounting screw escutcheon and is in near new condition with light wear and handling marks. (file photo)
